This is my own operating system that runs over windows. This is based on my Windows 98 simulator but more advanced and is now being updated everyday and is open source. As it is made in clickteam fusion 2.5 you must have it to use the source code. Keep in mind I am working on this by myself but I have a friend that's interested in developing it as well.
